We’ve seen Dr. Clary’s documentary, Three Corners of Deception, and shown up alongside her in the streets. While the film ends, Hamilton County Court’s assaults on Dr. Clary’s family continue. To break these cycles of abuse, we must rally together and provide the community support she desperately needs. On Friday, August 9, ANSWER Indiana will host Dr. Clary for an empowering discussion and a letter-writing campaign to disbar Attorney Michael Ghosh and Judge Jonathan Brown, who have perpetuated these injustices.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Clary has endured over 20 lawsuits instigated by her ex-husband, Michael Ghosh. She describes the court as “a good ole’ boys club,” where Ghosh leverages his connections to manipulate the legal system, stealing assets and perpetuating instability for Dr. Clary and her two daughters. This relentless litigation keeps her family in constant turmoil, hindering their ability to plan for a stable future. We stand with Dr. Clary, demanding that Ghosh and Brown be permanently disbarred. No woman should be forced to endure such treatment for seeking her freedom. Although deeply personal and painful, Dr. Clary’s case is not unique. Many women have faced similar ordeals, and we can fight back together.
