Queer youth, homelessness, and the hope of our people

Saturday, October 19
1:00 – 2:30 pm
Indianapolis Liberation Center

When we transform our hope into action, we can do anything. Join HP’s new Sustainer Program today!

Connect with us this October at our direct aid package assembly, as always on the third Saturday of the month. Build solidarity with your neighbors and learn from your community as we work toward collective liberation. We’ll discuss how the queer struggles for liberation intersect with our fight to end homelessness.

We’re honored to have members of the Fluid Skate Collective join us this month for our assembly and discussion centering Hope Packages’ 10 Point Program and the unique hardships faced by queer people experiencing homelessness.

We appreciate your generous donations that sustain this important project. If you haven’t yet, sign up for our new Sustain Hope program or make a much-needed donation!

We appreciate your generous donations that sustain this important project. This month we especially need drawstring bags, protein bars, toothpaste, travel shampoo & conditioner, and deodorant, as well as other essentials that we always need to refill. You can also purchase items directly from our Amazon wish list that will be sent to the Indianapolis Liberation Center.

When you donate to Hope Packages, you’re not only helping our homeless community members survive but also working toward a larger overarching project of transforming our city. A transformation where instead of giving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to real estate developers and banks, we use that money to actually solve the structures and systems that cause homelessness.

If you have questions or want to get more involved, reach out to us in person at the center or fill out the volunteer form below!
