As Jada Trainor continues to heal from the emotional and physical trauma caused by a 2024 assault at the hands of cops at Eskenazi Hospital, the system is doing its best to prolong and worsen her pain. In a sick inversion of reality, Ryan Mears and the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office are charging Trainor—not the cops who assaulted her. With this, Mears threatens to take Trainor, a mother of five, away from her family. All while allowing these cops to avoid any real justice—as the Prosecutor’s Office has done for so long. Call and email Mears to tell his Office: “Enough is enough! Drop the charges against Jada Trainor!”

There is a sample phone script and contact information below.

Hello [Name of person receiving the message],

My name is [your name] and I am calling/writing regarding Case No. 49D27-2407-F5-019935 against Jada Trainor, a veteran who was assaulted while seeking treatment at Eskanazi hospital. It is outrageous that Marion County is prosecuting Jada Trainor instead of her assailants: Anthony Sisco, Matthew Mottram, and Leighton Schoolcraft.

For nearly a year, your office has put this mother of five, whose only crime was seeking medical treatment, through a prolonged and insulting ordeal. There is no evidence of any wrongdoing on her part, and the Officers’ affidavits present an impossible scenario. Moreover, her husband, Jonathan, was on the phone with her as she was assaulted.

Please drop the charges against Mrs. Trainor and prosecute the real criminals: Officers Sisco, Mottram, and Schoolcraft!

Thank you for your time.
