Talleres de Arte: A celebration of Hispanic culture & local art

Saturday, December 13
12:00 – 5:00 PM
Indianapolis Liberation Center
1619 Prospect St

Join the Hispanic Cultural Hub for its first-ever Talleres de Arte, a celebration of art and community at the Indianapolis Liberation Center. Spend the afternoon exploring a vibrant market featuring local art vendors, savor delicious food, enjoy live performances, and more.

Get a head start on your holiday shopping while supporting local artists. Browse unique gifts ranging from jewelry and art to handmade candles. Fuel your day with tasty offerings from Tex Mex by Monica Garcia and Heidy’s Fruit Bar.

Between shopping, enjoy a live dance performance by the Alexander Coleman Dance Company and participate in a free art workshop to create a special handmade gift for your loved ones.

The Liberation Center Store will also be open, offering books, posters, buttons, and t-shirts. All proceeds support the Indianapolis Liberation Center’s mission to foster cultural exchange and amplify diverse voices across our city.

The Hispanic Cultural Hub is a gathering space dedicated to celebrating the richness of Hispanic traditions while integrating with local culture. Everyone is welcome to experience this unique event. The Liberation Center is proud to partner with community groups and small businesses. If your organization is interested in hosting an event here, please fill out our inquiry form.

We look forward to seeing you this Saturday for a day of fun, creativity, and community building!
