Shaka A. Shakur’s life is still endangered at River North Correctional Facility, which is currently under lockdown. Prior to lockdown, the warden repeatedly denied the doctor’s order to move Shaka—who was prematurely transferred out of a medical facility—to the infirmary, ultimately complying after three requests.
