Support or sustain the socialist movement in Indianapolis!
As we enter into a new year, working and oppressed people suffer from increasing attacks by the ruling class. From ICE raids terrorizing neighborhoods, racist police terror at home, and poverty wages to an alarming number of U.S. wars where the military is either engaged in, or preparing for, a large-scale military conflict. We have nothing to gain from this aggression and everything to lose. Put simply, a small clique of billionaires is on the offensive. The good news is that we are not outnumbered; just out-organized.
There is no such thing as “kinder, gentler” capitalism or racism. The only way to end the tyranny of the elite is to organize a mass movement and create a new system: socialism. There is a place for you in this fight. If you want to learn about the movement, how to become a more effective organizer, this PSL Indianapolis information session is for you.
We struggle for every single reform that improves the lives of our people and continue to defend these basic democratic rights won through decades of militant struggle. Yet reform alone is not enough, because after every reform the ruling-class starts rolling them back. In the PSL, we work to not only protect these rights but expand them. While doing so, we work to organize our entire class into a force capable of taking on the ruling class and ridding the world of exploitation and suffering.
Whether you’re a socialist or align with another progressive ideology, whether you’re brand new to activism, we need you to win. At this PSL Indianapolis info session, hear from newer organizers about how they got involved in the movement and seasoned leaders to find out about our collective decades in the struggle. We’ll have an open discussion where you can learn how to get involved, ask any questions on your mind. After, we’ll spend time socializing with like-minded people. Let’s get together to take the next step in figuring out how we can study, serve, and struggle for a better system and a better future.
No RSVP is needed. For questions, email: contact@PSLIndianapolis.org. A better world is ours–if we want it! Ready to join? Apply here!
