Emancipatory Motions is a yoga practice that repairs the damage capitalist alienation causes by reconnecting us with our selves as beings in complex motion–together. They meet at the Liberation Center every Sunday at 6 pm. To support the instructor, group, and the Center, we ask for a $10 – $15 donation, although no one is turned away for a lack (or excess) of funds.
