Rally at Holcomb’s Mansion for trans rights!

Friday, June 30
5:30 pm
Indiana Governor’s Mansion
46th St. & Meridian St.

On April 5, Governor Eric Holcomb signed a bill banning gender affirming care for minors. A federal judge blocked parts of that bill last week. While this is a temporary and partial victory, we must keep in mind that our liberation will not come from the courts. Concessions from judges can be rolled back over time, as the recent Supreme Court Dobbs decision that overturned Roe v. Wade.

Other homophobic and transphobic laws have not been blocked by judges. These laws are direct attacks on the public existence of LGBTQ people, especially trans children and their families. We know they will not stop at what is already on the books. We must fight back and protect LGBTQ people in our communities!

Join us at 5:30 PM on Friday, June 30 at the Indiana Governor’s Mansion (46th & Meridian) to show Holcomb and Indiana that Hoosiers will continue to fight back against these attacks on LGBTQ people!
