Emancipatory Motions is a yoga practice that repairs the damage of capitalist alienation by reconnecting us with ourselves as beings in complex motion–together.
Their next meeting is at the Liberation Center this Sunday at 6 pm. To support the instructor, group, and the Center, we ask for a $10 – $15 donation, although no one is turned away for a lack (or excess) of funds.
