Serve and struggle for the people: Hope Packages assembly

Support Hope Packages so we can continue to grow!

This Black August, Hope Packages is starting to move from merely “serving” the people to “struggling” for the people. At our regular package assembly, we’ll read about and discuss the the similarities and differences between the two as we transition from educating about our 10-Point Program to making concrete steps to putting it into action.

You can always donate to Hope Packages, and, if possible, become a monthly Sustainer at whatever price you can afford. The more Sustainers we have, the more reliably we can organize and distribute our packages!

We need of drawstring bags, protein bars, toothpaste, travel shampoo, conditioner, and lotion and deodorant. You can also purchase items directly from our Amazon wish list that will be sent to the Indianapolis Liberation Center.

When you donate to Hope Packages, you’re not only helping our homeless community members survive but also working toward a larger overarching project of transforming our city. A transformation where instead of giving hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to real estate developers and banks, we use that money to actually solve the structures and systems that cause homelessness. If you have questions or want to get more involved, reach out to us in person at the center or email info@indyhopepackages.org.
