Petition: Justice for Adam Sykes!

On Feb. 25, a 24-year-old IMPD cop named Grant Snyder shot and killed Adam Sykes after Sykes intervened to stop an attack on a woman. Those in the neighborhood say Sykes was a well-liked and visible staple in the community, and those who knew him said Snyder had it out for Sykes.

Snyder left a grieving mother and an 8-year-old daughter receiving treatment for leukemia asking why her father isn’t there. The IMPD is, as usual, stalling while they get their stories straight. We already know what happened and we can’t let it happen again! sign and share the petition below to demand:

  1. The immediate release of the unedited body camera footage of what happened that night.
  2. The immediate firing of Grant Snyder.
  3. The immediate charging of Snyder with Sykes’ murder.

You can learn more about what happened to Sykes here.
