New Year’s Eve people’s pre-party for hope

Sunday, December 31
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Indianapolis Liberation Center
1800 N. Meridian St., Ste 305

We want to invite everyone out there to our “New Year’s Eve People’s Pre-Party for Hope!” Before the late-night parties that officially ring in the new year, come together and party with the community we’ve formed since our founding in January 2021, while helping raise funds to ensure our community project gets off to an energetic start so we can continue flourishing throughout 2024.

A project founded by Doris Jones and her son, both of whom have been homeless several times in their lives, Hope Packages is a political mutual-aid program that works toward creating a new city while providing our homeless neighbors with the fundamental needs required to survive on a daily basis.

For those who work with Hope Packages, giving of ourselves to others is not a once-a-year affair; it’s a part of who we are and what we do on a daily basis. That spirit continues to garner more support from the community, with each month’s assembly attracting new volunteers from all walks of life.

This is a family-friendly event! While food and drink will be available, others are encouraged to bring your favorite food, snacks, or drinks as we socialize and reflect on our growth overall, but especially over the past several months after we moved into the new Indianapolis Liberation Center.

For this fundraiser, we are asking for a $10-25 donation at the door, although no one will be turned away for lack of funds. If you can’t make it, you can still donate or, even better, become a sustainer!
