Unity is an action word: Liberation Center outreach

Tuesday, January 28
2:00 pm
Indianapolis Liberation Center (meet-up point)

Support the Liberation Center’s fund drive to maintain our full-time staff!

If you haven’t noticed, the Liberation Center is bustling with activity. Link up with other organizers, volunteers, and those looking to take the next step for our weekly outreach sessions every Tuesday. We’ll meet at the Center before either sprawling out to the Center’s immediate neighborhoods or carpool/bus to another area of the city.

In small groups, we’ll pass out half-sheet flyers filled with the events we’re organizing, hosting, or supporting the following week. Given how many diverse segments of the city the Center and its member-groups represent, there’s going to be something for everyone we encounter! This next session we’ll be promoting the 40th anniversary screening of “The Pendleton Two,” an upcoming Community Food Box Project volunteer meeting and workshop, and actions and events for Hope Packages, IDOC Watch, and others!
