The Indy Liberation Store is excited to join our fellow local, independent “bookish stores” for a pop-up at this year’s Proof: A Midwest Lit Fest, organized annually by Indiana Humanities and their partners, local poets Mitchell L.H. Douglas and Chantel Massey. In addition to the book fair, catch author readings, writing workshops, food, drink, and more.
We’ll be there on October 2 from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm for the bookstore popup and then again the next day from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm.
We hope to see you there if not sooner! Stop by during our open hours to look through our catalogue of books on art, Black/New Afrikan liberation, radical education, poetry, and more, in addition to our shirts, buttons, art prints, and other merchandise. You can learn more about Proof 2026 here.
The event is free although registration is encouraged and necessary to participate in the writing workshops.
