Join us at the Indianapolis Liberation Center for an exclusive pre-screening of the pilot episode of “Drag Digest,” followed by a live Q&A session with the creators. The episode, titled “Cici Pasion Teaches Heels,” begins with host Hang Doan sitting down for a conversation with Cici Pasion for a conversation on drag, theater, confidence, and identity. Then, Cici Pasion teaches Hang a one-of-a-kind Heels routine.
“Drag Digest” is a docuseries where each episode follows host Hang Doan as he sits down with drag performers to discuss their journey and their passions, followed by a the performer teaching Hang a new skill in drag. The goal of the series is to highlight local businesses while educating audiences and preserving LGBT+ culture.
After the completion of the series, look out for a live event that will bring all the learned skills together for a Live show in partnership with community sponsors, including those featured in this pilot episode such as Eating Fresh Vietnamese Food & Danceworks Indy. The panel discussion will feature crew members who helped make this project come to life!
