Transition toward spring: Mindfulness meetups

Saturday, March 14
9:30 – 11:00 am
Indianapolis Liberation Center

Make a donation of any amount to keep our city’s liberated space going and growing!

In the Plum Village Tradition of Buddhism, spring is a time of renewal represented by the blooming of plum trees. It’s particularly important to pay collective attention during this time. As always, Circle City Sangha invites all to our regular program at our new, permanent home at 1619 Prospect St.

Our program generally includes:

  • Welcoming and introductions
  • Guided meditation
  • Group reading of dharma writings or Five Mindfulness Trainings
  • Dharma sharing (sharing from the heart)
  • Close

These gatherings are always free to attend, but if you wish to make a donation to the Indianapolis Liberation Center, please speak with the facilitator or do so here.

Newcomers are welcome. No previous experience with meditation required, and you don’t need to be a Buddhist or profess any sort of faith!

We will have meditation cushions and chairs set up for you to use as you prefer. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, easy-to-remove shoes, and bring water to drink if you like.

We look forward to spending time together. If you have any questions, you can contact us using the form below:
