Does serving the people–or the thought of doing it in a meaningful way–spark joy in you? Do you dream of a better world that values human dignity over corporate profits? Do you want to be part of making concrete, tangible changes in Indianapolis while building a broader movement for the larger social transformation we need? Well, so do we!
Pull up to the Indy Liberation Center for one of two volunteer orientations this month! You’ll be with likeminded neighbors who care about their communities as you check out the Indy Liberation Store, the Fonseca Du Bois Gallery’s current exhibit, meet organizers with our member-organizations, and learn how you can contribute to the struggle. There’s a place for everyone.
Political change isn’t achieved with one vote, one protest, one great campaign. Historically, the greatest political victories have been won through organized and united mass struggle. Our enemies, the capitalist class who hold the world in their grasp, are highly organized. The media promotes their ideology, their money secures them power, and the system built by their forebears self-perpetuates to their benefit.
The Indianapolis Liberation Center exists because we know there is no fighting the system alone. Cooperation, not competition, is our guiding principle. If you can get behind that, we hope to see you this month!
If you can, please fill out the form below ahead of time!
