Calling all anime fans, animation lovers, independent filmmakers, artists, and creative minds!
What happens when an artist puts their imagination into motion?
Everyone is welcome to celebrate the closing of See What I Mean?, an exhibition by Indianapolis multidisciplinary artist Jourdain Brown, with a special screening of his original animated short films!
From illustration and comics to painting and animation, Brown creates the kinds of stories and worlds he wants to see, proving that imagination doesn’t need a Hollywood budget or a major studio behind it to come alive.
We’ll experience Brown’s films, learn about his creative process, and participate in a conversation about animation, independent filmmaking, and the freedom to create on your own terms ((even if that participation is solely through listening).
