Now is not the time for despair. We need you for an urgent conversation with key national movement leaders and local organizers on the current political moment and the struggle for the future.
Donald Trump’s decisive victory in the recent election signals a new period in U.S. politics, although fewer voters showed up to the polls this year than in 2024. The democrats’ inability to speak to the needs of the working class has led to their failure in this election and beyond. We are now presented with the opportunity to build a truly united working class movement to defeat the far right.
In addition to participating in the hybrid event organized by the People’s Forum, we’ll discuss what the Indianapolis left must prepare and plan for to seize this opening in our city, the country, and the world.
